Study On The Management Of Affordable Housing For Rural Relocated Residents In Suzhou Hi-Tech Zone

Suzhou.as a new first-line city in the whole country,has a leading position in the overall strength of economic development.To date.however,tens of thousands of low-and middle-income families remain in housing distress.Housing security targets are broad.the contradictions between groups with difficult living conditions and diversified levels of demand and housing security are more prominent,and affordable housing is more difficult to use and manage.Therefore,according to the unified requirements of housing security in jiangsu province,based on the actual situation in the region,it is very necessary to implement various housing security policies and strengthen the management of the use of affordable housing.As a new development area in Suzhou,the new high-tech zone has appeared from nothing in the process of urbanization.Agrarian to non-person is a marginal group which is different from urban residents and rural farmers.The municipal housing security policy cannot cover this group in a targeted way.Suzhou High-tech Zone In order to further promote the housing security system and raise the level of housing security,the Temporary Measures on Housing Security for Families in Difficult Housing Conditions for Rural Moving Residents of Suzhou High-tech Zone were first promulgated in 2010.This paper takes the housing security policy for rural residents of Suzhou High-tech Zone as the research object,and the management of rural residents of Suzhou High-tech Zone as the starting point.Through case study,literature study and comparative study,this paper expounds the current situation of the use and management of rural residents of Suzhou High-tech Zone,and emphasizes the imbalance of supply and demand of affordable housing,the unfair access and exit mechanism,the unreasonable guarantee mode,the backward guarantee and the confusion of later operation management.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of local government financing platform and risk prevention and control from the above perspectives in the future development process.The main reasons for this are the inadequacy of relevant laws and regulations,the inadequacy of dynamic management mechanisms,and the inadequacy of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.To this end,in combination with the reality of housing security in the Suzhou High-tech Zone,the study proposes measures to improve relevant laws and regulations,coordinate the supply and management of affordable housing in an integrated manner,rationally set up housing security methods,raise the level of dynamic management,strengthen the supervision and appraisal system,and work hard to promote the healthy and orderly development of housing security in the region.
