Research On The Influence Of Social Security Expenditure On Enterprise Innovation

With the development of economy and technology in our country,enterprises’innovative ability becomes more and more important,the overall market in our country is developing to a modern system,which also requires all kinds of innovative factors to aggregate with enterprises.At the same time,the reform of social security system is deepening,and people’s livelihood security is also the focus of China’s current stage.It is a development goal to make social security wider and deeper.This also makes the expenditure of social security of Chinese enterprises increase year by year.This change has theoretical and practical significance to the research on how to constitute the impact of innovation and development of Chinese enterprises.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the academic achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,this study takes the influence of social security expenditure on enterprise innovation as the research topic,sorts out and analyzes the development status,trend,distribution law and influence mechanism of social security expenditure and enterprise innovation respectively,and puts forward the hypothesis of empirical research based on this.This study constructed a panel regression model,taking the number of patented inventions as the explained variable,the social security expenditure of the enterprise as the core explanatory variable,and the total assets,total liabilities,net profit,number of employees,operating revenue,average employee compensation,total shares of the company and the shareholding ratio of the major shareholder as control variables.The data of Chinese A-share listed companies collected from 2008 to 2020 are analyzed by regression.Study found:1,the enterprise social security expenditure on enterprise innovation has a positive role in promoting 2,the effect of social security expenditure impact on enterprise innovation for enterprise scale,profitability differences.3,number of employees,salary level has positive effect on enterprise innovation 4,corporate debt has inhibitory effect on enterprise innovationBased on the research results,the following suggestions are proposed:1.change the traditional business thinking,strengthen the enterprise social security expenditure budget.2.Promote enterprise transformation and strengthen innovation support for small and medium-sized enterprises.3.Pay attention to the enterprise employee security,improve the enterprise social security expenditure.4.The government should flexibly regulate the social security collection standard by taking the enterprise scale and the enterprise profitability as the reference index to further improve the social security system.5.Construct talent training system and welfare system to create an innovative environment.6.Enterprise moderate debt,long-term stable innovation.
