In recent years, bankruptcy reorganization has been an important starting point for deepening supply-side structural reforms and market-oriented disposal of corporate risks. It has also become an important means to prevent endangered debtors from entering bankruptcy liquidation, helping debtors get rid of financial difficulties and restore business capabilities. The continuous increase in the number of bankruptcy and reorganization cases has gradually revealed the problem of credit difficulties after corporate bankruptcy and reorganization. That the credit of a reorganized enterprise can be repaired in a timely and effective manner is not only related to whether the enterprise can come back from the dead, but also whether the reorganization plan that was promoted by a large amount of judicial resources in the early stage can be successfully implemented. At present, our country has not established a mature credit restoration system for reorganized enterprises, lacks special laws and regulations to provide institutional basis for credit restoration procedures, and there is no professional institution in the market to provide credit restoration services for reorganized enterprises. On the basis of analyzing and researching the necessity and dilemma of reorganizing corporate credit, this article will analyze the necessity of establishing a credit repair system for bankruptcy and reorganization enterprises, analyze the current difficulties faced by bankruptcy and reorganization enterprises in credit repair, and then propose a concept of establishing a credit repair system for bankruptcy and reorganization in our country, with a view to repairing the credit of bankruptcy and reorganization enterprises in our country.Make corresponding theoretical contributions.
