Study On Cooperative Supply Of Elderly Service Among Government,Social Organizations And Enterprise In Gusu District Of Suzhou City

According to the data of the aged population in the seventh national census in 2020,the proportion of the aged population in China is close to 20%.In Gusu District of Suzhou City,as a typical area in the typical cities of national aging,the population over 60 years old is more than 25%,so the problem of elderly service is also aggravated.The diversified cooperation of government,social organizations and enterprise in elderly service is of great significance for improving the supply of regional elderly service and improving the supply efficiency.The 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the concept of social governance with the core of "joint construction,joint governance and shared benefits",which optimized and improved the supply of urban elderly service.Suzhou has also issued planning policies such as《"14th Five-Year Plan" of Suzhou for the Development of Elderly Service》.The development of multi-subject among government,social organizations and enterprise cooperation to supply elderly service is an important measure to actively cope with population aging,improve the efficiency and quality of elderly service,and is an inevitable trend of the development of national elderly service.In this paper,the supply of elderly service among government,social organizations and enterprise in Gusu District of Suzhou City is taken as an example to conduct research.This paper uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to fully analyze the actual demand for elderly service in Gusu District and the mode and content of the cooperative supply of elderly service between government,social and enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation of the cooperation among government,social organizations and enterprise in elderly service in Gusu District of Suzhou City.This paper explores the lack of effective cooperation between supply subjects,the high dependence of the supply mode of social organizations on the government,the insufficient integration of industries,the lack of supply diversity,the lack of high-level talents in the field of elderly care services and other problems.The above problems are caused by the imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism in the field of pension service,the resource constraints of social organizations,the imperfect policy of integrating multiple subjects into the mechanism of pension service,and the imperfect training mode of high-level talents in the field of pension service.After deep research,this paper finally put forward countermeasures such as perfecting the supervision and evaluation mechanism of the elderly service industry,strengthening the development and construction of social organizations,perfecting the integration of multiple industries into the mechanism and policy construction of the elderly service and perfecting the cultivation mode of high-level talents in the field of the elderly service.
