The Current Situation,dilemma And Optimization Of The Local Public Security Government Affairs New Media

The Internet era has been changed rapidly,with emerge an endless stream of information and science technology has advanced considerably,which breaks the traditional pattern of information dissemination and bring profound changes to the social governance model."Internet+" also innovates the ways that interaction between the police and the society.The vigorous development of new media for public security government affairs has broadened the channels for contacting the people,improved the efficiency of the people to handle affairs,and strengthened the benign interaction between the police and the people.Take J city as an example,this article analyzes the current situation,dilemma and optimization of the new media of local public security government affairs.Through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,take J city’s public security and government affairs new media as a sample,this article analyzes the operation status by the number of users,content release,function construction,development and innovation of the three government affairs new media accounts,which are "JW police" Wechat subscription,"JW police" micro blog account and "JW police" Wechat service account.At the same time,combined with the data of the questionnaire use of the public security government affairs new media in J City,the practical difficulties and reasons in the evolution process of the local public security government affairs new media are analyzed.The research shows that there are four problems in the evolution process of local public security government affairs new media.Firstly,the matrix effect is weak and the information barrier remains the same;secondly,the transformation of audience identity and the decentralization of discourse power;thirdly,the imbalance of functional development and the defect of service context,and lastly,the narrow radiation range and slow popularity growth.According to the representation of the existing problems,the following reasons are analyzed and summarized:the conflict between the new and old media and the missing top-level design;the idea lag of practicing and narrow distance effect propagation;rigid internal mechanism and improper safety management;the difference of team quality and the fault of audit and supervision;the platform positioning is fuzzy and the function construction is weak.Lastly,this article proposes the optimization path for the development of new media in the local public security government affairs by following methods.First,the system construction leads to eliminate the development pain points.The optimization path includes:policy inclination:strengthening the dominant position,strengthening supervision:building multi-dimensional evaluation,extension expansion:building cultural brands;The second is to identify the platform positioning,and the service publicity is embedded.The optimization path includes:function upgrading:integration of high-quality services,harmony but difference:matrix cluster resonance,vertical and horizontal integration:unblocking communication embolism;The third is to optimize the team debugging and build a benign output.The optimization path includes:getting rid of the old theory,sticking to the service center,improving the quality,following up effectively,and taking the initiative to stimulate endogenous power.
