Research On College Student Management Innovation Under The Background Of New Media

New media is a kind of network information media with digitization as the technical support and interactive communication as the main form.It is mainly characterized by rich in content,high timeliness of information and strong interactive communication,This has a huge impact on students’ course work and daily life.At the same time,the student management work is an important part of university management work.With the development of new media technology,the old management modes and methods have lagged behind.The old management modes and methods have a low degree of acceptance and supervision of new media technology,not only the school managers are in the primary stage of new media application and their understanding of new media theory is low,there are some mistakes,omissions and deficiencies in the supervision of new media on the student side.Therefore,how to systematically integrate university management with new media technology and promote the supervision and application of new media technology in university student management has become an urgent problem.According to the author’s investigation and research,there are many problems in the management of College Students under the background of new media,such as insufficient cognition,inaccurate information discrimination,low application and lack of supervision,resulting in deficiencies in the current management of college students.From the existing research results and offline investigation,the author finds that,The lack of new media hardware equipment is only part of the reason for the lack of student management in Colleges and universities.It is more due to the lack of managers’ awareness,attention and application of new media,and the lack of sufficient new media training system,work concept,supervision mechanism and management platform.How to improve the existing problems,Promoting the application of new media technology in college student management is the core issue of this paper.Combined with the literature knowledge and related concepts related to new media and college student management,this paper obtains the current situation of college student management in colleges and universities under the background of new media by means of questionnaire and interview,to analyze the situation of college management under the background of new media,and analyze the existing problems and related reasons at this stage.Finally,it puts forward the innovative countermeasures of college students’ management under the new media background: Innovating the concept of college students’ management under the new media background,innovating the college students’ management team under the new media background,innovating the college students’ management platform under the new media background,innovating the management mode of college students under the background of new media and the management and innovating the management and supervision mechanism of college students under the background of new media.
