| "New Social Stratum" is a general term for new social groups gradually emerging in non-public economic and social fields along with the development of socialism market economy since the reform and opening up.As an important force in the course of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and one of the key objects in the united front work of the Communist Party of China.New Social Stratum,the emerging social group and its political identity issue,has attracted increasing attention from all walks of life.Political identity is not innate,but is constantly constructed by individuals in their interaction/communication with groups and governments.In this process,organizations and media play a very important role.Since the reform and opening up,the iteration and upgrading of media technology and products,as well as the continuous innovation of communication forms and contents.have made New Social Stratum appear more frequently in the public view,providing them with more diversified ways to communicate and interact with government departments and other social groups.Besides,the government are also taking the initiative to establish contacts and interact with this group through social organizations such as the New Social Stratum Association(NSSA).Whether it is organized communication behavior or spontaneous fellowship activities,it will influence the cognition,emotion and attitude of the New Social Strata towards their own identity and the national political system.From the perspective of communication,this paper takes the New Social Strata in Suzhou as the research object,discusses the influence of group interaction or organizational communication behavior on the political identity of the New Social Stratum through participatory observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,and based on the organizational operation and working practice of the NSSA at the district(county)level in Suzhou.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the existing interactive ways and the methods and paths to construct the political identity of the New Social Stratum in the new media era.The results show that in the process of interaction between New Social Stratum and government departments in Suzhou,there are still some problems,such as poor self-organizing ability,administrative institutionalization of new association management and weak identity consciousness.According to the research,the government or social organizations should take the initiative to construct the political identity of the New Social Stratum,rely on the grassroots social organizations,take the bidirectional interest needs as the focus,and build the interactive mechanism based on "business ties" and "interest ties",create "emotional community",enhance the media communication enabling effectiveness and other strategies to promote more members of New Social Stratum from the past indifferent identity,passive identity to self-conscious identity transformation,and then build the united front pattern with Chinese characteristics with "great unity" as the keynote,gather up the magnificent force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
