The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Township Cadres In The New Era

The township is the basic level of our party ’s governance and the most basic political organization in our country.The operation of grassroots political power is related to social stability,national development,and the vital interests of the people.The key to politics lies in employing people.As the main component of China ’s cadre team and the main channel between the party and the people,township cadres play a key role in implementing the effectiveness of superior policies at the grassroots level and promoting the process of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of township cadres is like the foundation of building a building.Whether the foundation is stable or not is extremely important,which is directly related to the flesh-and-blood relationship between the party and the people.The team construction of township cadres in X town conforms to the typical characteristics.Taking the group construction as the research sample,this paper comprehensively uses the relevant theories of public management,literature,interviews and other research methods,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of township cadres,and studies the team construction of township cadres at the theoretical level.Combined with the guidelines for the construction of grassroots cadres in the new era,this paper sorts out the problems faced in the process of team building,including the need to strengthen political quality,unscientific structure,poor stability,weak service awareness,and uneven work ability.On this basis,it puts forward improvement measures to strengthen the construction of township cadres in the new era,including strengthening ideological and political education,improving the selection and appointment mechanism,improving the level of incentive guarantee,improving the supervision and assessment mechanism,and improving the quality of education and training.
