A Study On The Influencing Factors And Development Paths Of Digital Efficiency In Rural Governance

Digitalization of rural governance is an important part of building digital villages and digital China,and also an important lever for deepening the strategy of rural revitalization.The digitization of rural governance,as a key measure to achieve the modernization of rural governance capabilities and governance systems,has significant implications for the study of the influencing factors and development paths of its effectiveness in the new era.The satisfaction of governance entities with the digital efficiency of rural governance has a significant impact on the further development of digital rural governance,and will also become a key factor restricting the sustainable development of digital rural governance.Accurate identification and in-depth analysis of the influencing factors and development paths of digital efficiency in rural governance is a necessary condition for improving the quality and level of digital rural and rural revitalization,and also a necessary requirement for promoting government intelligence and building a digital China.Studying the factors influencing the effectiveness of digitalization in rural governance from the perspective of information ecology can provide new ideas for the high-quality development of digitalization in rural governance.This article constructs a factor model for the digital effectiveness of rural governance from the perspective of information ecology,and explores the influencing factors and development paths of the digital effectiveness of rural governance.Firstly,this article analyzes the current research status of digital rural governance at home and abroad,explains core concepts such as digital rural governance and information ecology theory,and analyzes the applicability of information ecology theory to digital rural governance.Secondly,based on the four dimensions of information ecology theory and referring to relevant literature,six influencing factors on the digital efficiency of rural governance were extracted,research hypotheses were proposed,and a structural equation model was constructed.Once again,based on the factors influencing the digital effectiveness of rural governance proposed in the article,a questionnaire was designed and distributed.The questionnaire survey data was analyzed and the model was tested using software such as SPSS25.0 and AMOS28.0.Finally,based on data analysis and model validation results,corresponding development paths were proposed from the four dimensions of digital information ecology in rural governance.This article empirically analyzes Y County using 292 valid survey questionnaires as samples,and the results show that information,information environment,information technology,and information people have a positive impact on the digital efficiency of rural governance;Public satisfaction has a mediating positive effect.Among them,information technology factors have the greatest impact on the digitization of rural governance,followed by information,information people,and information environment factors.On this basis,from the perspectives of information,information environment,information technology,and information people,relevant suggestions are proposed to promote the further development of digital rural governance,in order to promote the harmonious development of information ecological factors and the dynamic balance of information ecosystems in the process of rural governance information sharing,thereby facilitating the solution of information ecological problems in digital information sharing of rural governance.
