Party Building In The New Era To Lead The Development Of The Lawyer Industry Research

At the First Plenary Session of the 20 th Central Committee of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered the Party must persevere with self-reform to ensure that it will never change its nature,its conviction,or its character,and that it will remain the strong leadership core in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the continuous advancement of the rule of law in an all-round way,the lawyer industry is an important member of the rule of law team in the new era.The party building of the lawyer industry is also an important component of the great project of party building.Therefore,relying on the party building to promote the high-quality development of the lawyer industry has become an important issue.The lawyer industry plays an increasingly important role in the fields of rule of law,foreign-related rule of law,and grassroots rule of law construction.How to play the leading role of party building in the development of the lawyer industry more effectively deserves further study.In the face of problems such as insufficient endogenous motivation for the development of the lawyer industry and weak leadership of party building,it is of great significance to improve the leading ability and service capabilities of grassroots party organizations in the lawyer industry and lead the high-quality development of the lawyer industry through party building.On the basis of combing the relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper,based on the new era and from the perspective of public management,takes the party building theory of the CPC and meta-governance theory as the theoretical basis,emphasizes the important role of party building in the governance of the lawyer industry,and clarifies the necessity of party building leading the development of the lawyer industry.Focusing on how to achieve high-quality development of the lawyer industry through party building guidance,combined with the reality of the governance of the lawyer industry in X County,this paper introduces the general situation of party building leading the development of the lawyer industry from the aspects of ideological and political building,organization building,institution building,conduct building.Deeply analyzes the problems existing in the practice of party building leading in the lawyer industry,that is,weak organization construction,weak leading force,imperfect system design,etc..Explores the deep-seated reasons leading to these problems,mainly including the lack of understanding of the concept of party building leading the development of the lawyer industry,the weak awareness of the responsibility boundary of the party organization,and the imperfect construction of the grass-roots party organization.Finally,using public management thinking and methods,the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of concept establishment,leading force construction and system design.
