| In the process of building a modern socialist country,one of the most important aspects is to promote the construction of China under the rule of law,which is related to the happiness and well-being of the people and the long-term stability of the Party and the country.Therefore,the main research of this paper is to investigate how to cultivate the community consciousness of the Chinese nation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the context of the construction of China under the rule of law.In this paper,the path of forging a sense of community among the Chinese people in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is studied from the perspective of the rule of law.In the structure of the article,the author first focuses on the important concept of forging a firm Chinese national community,and argues that the Chinese national community is an organic complex with multiple attributes,while exploring the connection between the contextual meaning of forging a firm Chinese national community consciousness,the legal basis,and the rule of law in China and forging a firm Chinese national community consciousness.The current situation of the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s work of forging a firm sense of Chinese national community from the perspective of rule of law China is analyzed in depth,and problems are raised to provide useful experiences and inspirations for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to forge a firm sense of Chinese national community,and finally relevant suggestions are made to increase the legislative efforts,enhance the level of rule of law in ethnic affairs governance,and strengthen the concept of ethnic rule of law.First,in terms of legislation,we should increase the legislative efforts from the state,ministries and autonomous regions of Inner Mongolia,and improve the system of legal norms;second,in terms of the level of rule of law in the governance of ethnic affairs,we should promote the administration of law,strict and fair justice,improve the system of rule of law publicity,and constantly improve the system of rule of law implementation;third,in terms of strengthening the ethnic concept of rule of law,we should take constitutional education as the core to cultivate a common spiritual home,and focus on leadership and cadres to cultivate the concept of rule of law.Third,in terms of strengthening the concept of rule of law among ethnic groups,we focus on cultivating a common spiritual home with constitutional education as the core,cultivating the concept of rule of law among cadres and playing a leading role in demonstration,improving the level of theoretical research on rule of law among ethnic groups in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the new era,and comprehensively strengthening the education of the ethnic language and script.This paper finds that there is still a long way to go in the work of forging a sense of Chinese national community and creating ethnic unity and progress in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and that the sense of Chinese national community in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should use the rule of law thinking to promote the rule of law in the governance of ethnic affairs comprehensively. |
