| In recent years,the development of the Internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies has brought rapid changes to our lives and promoted the all-round reform and development of the government.In this context,the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of N Province uses digital means to establish and use an integrated human resources and social security system integrating employment and entrepreneurship,labor relations,labor supervision,comprehensive personnel management and other businesses.The labor supervision and law enforcement management information system of N Province is a subsystem of the integrated human resources and social security system of N Province.The labor supervision law enforcement procedures and law enforcement management are effectively converted to digital,which improves the efficiency of law enforcement management to a certain extent and creates a new situation of labor supervision law enforcement management under the construction of digital government.In order to test the construction and use effect of labor supervision law enforcement management information system in N province,and further optimize and improve the system,this paper is based on the development status of domestic labor supervision law enforcement management information system and related literature summary,under the background of digital government construction,starting from the application status of labor supervision law enforcement management information system in N province,The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method are adopted to objectively evaluate the abilities of the system.According to the evaluation results,the problems in the process of using the system are analyzed.On this basis,the optimization objectives of the intelligent management of labor supervision,law enforcement and other aspects are proposed.This paper puts forward a set of comprehensive and effective improvement measures,and puts forward various safeguard measures to realize the optimization scheme,in order to provide an effective reference for the future management and optimization and upgrading of labor supervision law enforcement management information system in N province,and expand new ideas for the development of labor supervision informatization and intelligence. |
