Perfection Of The Legal System Of Forestry Wild Plant Protection From The Perspective Of Biosafety

Since 2022,biological laboratories in the United States and Ukraine have been exposed due to the spread of a variant of the Omikryon virus,a major public health event that has aroused great international attention.In addition to the outbreak of COVID-19,a series of biosecurity threats such as alien biological invasion and the security of biological resources are also increasing.In nature,where human beings live and reproduce,there are a variety of organisms and microorganisms,and wild plants play a crucial role and have a very important impact on the whole ecosystem.As the most important part of wild plants,wild plants in forestry play an extremely important role in the whole "biological chain" and are indispensable for the harmonious development of man and nature.However,due to the traditional concept of forestry development,which emphasizes utilization and emphasizes protection,and the implementation of various national infrastructure construction projects,the protection of forestry wild plants is not enough,resulting in the deterioration of ecological environment,the gradual decline of biodiversity,and the serious imbalance of ecosystem.Therefore,preventing and controlling forestry wild plant source from the perspective of biosecurity has a positive effect on resource security and national security.First,this article clarifies the concept and characteristics of the forestry wild plant protection on the consummation of the law system of our forestry wild plant protection,and systematically demonstrates the important meaning of our forestry wild plant protection to biosecurity.Secondly,summarize the legal system of the protection of the wild plant forestry in our country.Based on the current legal system of the protection of the wild plant forestry in our country,analyze some main problems existing in the maintenance of biosecurity.It was from the legal system of the protection of the wild plant forestry and the concrete list and classification protection system,the habitat protection system and the resources investigation system.Absorb and use for reference foreign relevant law systems on the protection of the wild plant,and combine the situation of our country’s forestry wild plant.At last,start from the Angle of biosecurity which pays most attention at present and the practical problem faced in the process of our country’s forestry wild plant protection.This paper proposes some shallow suggestions on the perfection of our forestry wild plant legal system protection in the aspect of legislation and concrete system of forestry wild plant protection.
