| The New Era Civilization Practice Center is a strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee to attach importance to and strengthen the grassroots ideological and political work.Shihe Street adheres to the leadership of party building,the new era civilization practice as the carrier of the position,voluntary service as the starting point,and the needs of the masses.As a guide,through building a platform,innovating service methods,and optimizing the effective supply of services,it has established a multi-functional civilized service practice center that integrates ideological guidance,theoretical propaganda,mutual help,and inheritance of family traditions.The realization of all functions of the New Era Civilization Practice Institute is basically based on volunteers as the main force and volunteer service as the main form of activity.Therefore,the volunteer service team is well organized,the volunteer service projects are well designed,and the volunteer service mechanism is well used.The establishment of a volunteer management system is crucial to the construction of civilized practice in the new era.This article investigates and studies the volunteer service of the Shihe Street New Era Civilization Practice Institute in Jinpu New District,Dalian,summarizes experience,discovers problems,and analyzes the reasons,with the hope that through this research,it will promote the construction of the Shihe Street New Era Civilization Practice Institute volunteer service,and thus help Deeply expand the effectiveness of the Civilized Practice Institute in the new era to provide theoretical and practical references.This article is based on the theory of new public services,taking the volunteer service of the New Era Civilization Practice Institute of Shihe Street,Jinpu New District,Dalian as the research object,using questionnaires,in-depth interviews and other methods,it is found that the Shihe Street New Era Civilization Practice Institute exists as Yinshihe Street.The inadequate assessment and incentive guarantee policies for volunteers in the New Era Civilization Practice Institute lead to insufficient endogenous motivation for volunteer service and the inability to guarantee the quality of service;second,there is a problem that the overall quality of the volunteer team needs to be improved,and the lack of relevant government-organized training has led to volunteers The service activities are limited and difficult to complete the volunteer service;the third is that there is not enough “firework” in the content of the volunteer service activities,and the mismatch of supply and demand results in the insignificant effect of some volunteer service activities and insufficient attractiveness;the fourth is There is a problem that the lack of necessary human and financial guarantees and support from the government leads to the low level of informatization of voluntary services,and the inability to innovate and break through voluntary services.Therefore,this article proposes to stimulate volunteers’ sense of mission,establish a volunteer assessment system,and an incentive system to improve the volunteer management system;build a younger volunteer team and standardize volunteer business training to optimize the level of the volunteer team;listen to the voices of the masses and innovate theories The propaganda model is used to launch high-quality projects;the four levels of countermeasures and suggestions to deepen platform integration and personnel funding support,hoping to promote the healthy and sustainable development of civilized practices in the new era. |
