Analysis Of The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres’ Perceptions Of Big Data Functions

At present,comprehensive and strict governance of the Party continues to deepen,and anti-corruption remains a high pressure situation.In the context of the continuous application of big data technology in the field of national governance,discipline inspection and supervision work to achieve high-quality development is bound to rely on the east wind of big data technology.According to the theory of technology neutrality,big data technology is a tool and means to promote discipline inspection and supervision,which provides new possibilities for human choice and action.Therefore,when big data technology is continuously applied in discipline inspection and supervision work,it is also very important to analyze the subject who uses big data technology in discipline inspection and supervision work--discipline inspection and supervision cadres.This paper takes the discipline inspection and supervision cadres of S Province as an example to understand the cognition status of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres of S province on the function of big data by issuing questionnaires and conducting semi-structured interviews and other methods.Based on the theory of technology-organization-environment combined with literature and case studies,this paper examines the situation affecting discipline inspection and supervision cadres’ cognition of big data function from the perspective of "individual-technology-organization" on the basis of existing theories,constructs an analysis framework and proposes relevant hypotheses.When designing the questionnaire,this project took into account the differences of the social demographic factors of the respondents,so the basic personal information of the respondents was placed in the first place of the questionnaire.Basic personal information mainly includes gender,age,educational background,unit level,position and rank,professional category,etc.Technical factors include the information hardware and network construction of the company where the interviewee works,the interviewee’s knowledge of the advantages of big data technology,the perception of the complexity of big data technology,and the perception of the security of big data technology.Organizational factors include leaders’ support for big data technology,respondents’ demand for the application of big data technology in their own work and respondents’ satisfaction with the application of existing big data technology in their own work.According to the result of logistic regression analysis,The main variables affecting the cognition of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres on the function of big data are the age,education background,unit level,position level,the advantage of big data technology,the complexity of big data technology,the support of leaders,the demand of discipline inspection and supervision cadres on big data technology,and the satisfaction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres on big data technology.The specific influence modes are as follows:in the range of 31-50 years old,the age of discipline inspection and supervision cadres has a positive effect on the cognition of big data;in the range of 51 years old and above,the age of discipline inspection and supervision cadres has a negative effect on the cognition of big data;The more educated you are,the better you understand the functions of big data.The level of the unit is lowered,and the understanding of the function of big data is gradually reduced.The higher the rank of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,the higher the cognition degree of big data function;The more obvious the advantages of big data technology are,the more discipline inspection and supervision cadres perceive the function of big data.The more complex the big data technology is,the less the discipline inspection and supervision cadres perceive the big data function.The more the leaders support big data technology,the more the discipline inspection and supervision cadres understand the function of big data;The higher the demand for big data technology,the better the understanding of big data function;The higher the satisfaction with big data technology,the better the understanding of big data functions.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for S province to use big data technology to promote the high quality development of discipline inspection and supervision from the three aspects of"building a governance platform of system integration-optimizing the governance guarantee of big data anti-corruption-building a governance pattern of multi-subject co-governance".
