| The professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational health schools is an important basis for the construction of high-level teachers,and the integration of production and education is an important path to accelerate the professional development of teachers.Although there have been a lot of exploration in promoting the professional development of "double qualified" teachers by the integration of industry and education in our country,but due to the particularity of the medical industry,there are still many problems in promoting the professional development of "double qualified" teachers by the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational health schools.Based on literature review and work experience,this paper takes "double-qualified"teachers in W City health school as the research object.Questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate the professional development situation and existing problems of"double-qualified" teachers under the background of the integration of production and education,analyze the causes of the problems and put forward suggestions,so as to provide a basis for promoting the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational health schools.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview,it is found that there are some problems in the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in the health school of W City,such as the lack of clinical experience of "double-qualified" teachers,the need to improve their own development enthusiasm,the need to optimize the overall structure of the teacher team,the lack of rich professional development methods,and the lack of supervision and incentive methods.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Potter-Lawler comprehensive incentive theory and human resource management theory,the above problems are analyzed.The causes include the lack of a correct understanding of the concept of"double-qualified" teachers,the lack of an understanding and implementation of the production-education integration policy,the heavy task and time conflict of "double-qualified"teachers,the lack of a good atmosphere to promote the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers and the need to further improve the production-education integration platform.According to the causes,suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of "double-qualified" teachers,schools,hospitals and the government,which mainly include consolidating the internal motivation of "double-qualified" teachers’professional development,strengthening the ownership consciousness of the participants in the integration of production and education,establishing a long-term management mechanism,improving the incentive mechanism of colleges and universities,and optimizing the professional development mode.Taking the health school of W City as an example,the purpose of this study is to have a clearer understanding of the resistance to the professional development of "double-qualified"teachers in the current secondary vocational health school,so as to give full play to the joint efforts of various parties to seek cooperation and promote the development.It provides the basis for the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers in the secondary vocational health school,and lays a solid foundation for the further deepening of the integration of personal education and training more nursing talents for the primary medical and health industry. |
