As the aging population becomes increasingly severe,it will lead to a series of social problems such as excessive pressure on elderly care,labor shortage in the long run.China has a large number of young elderly people,and the potential for re-employment is enormous.Solving the problem of re-employment security for young elderly people and enabling them with the desire to re-employment to achieve re-employment plays an important role in solving the problem of population aging,It is also of great significance for achieving the beautiful social vision of "having fun and action for the elderly",which is conducive to the sustainable development of the social economy.This article studies the issue of re-employment security for young elderly people in Harbin against the backdrop of severe population aging.By conducting a survey on the current situation of re-employment security for young elderly people in Harbin,using methods such as literature research and questionnaire surveys,the problems in re-employment security for young elderly people in Harbin are identified and their causes are analyzed.Strategies to solve these problems are actively explored.Through research,it has been found that there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the re-employment security for the young elderly people in Harbin,mainly manifested as insufficient supply of re-employment positions,relatively narrow channels for re-employment,lack of re-employment guidance services,inadequate training of re-employment skills,a relatively single mode of re-employment security,and insufficient relief for re-employment rights and interests.To solve these problems,it is not only necessary to gather social consensus on the re-employment of young elderly people,strengthen the construction of the legal system for their re-employment,strengthen government support for their re-employment,but also to improve the re-employment security mechanism for young elderly people,and enrich their re-employment security methods. |
