College counselors are the administrators of students’ work,shoulder the important task of ideological and political education,and are an important force to ensure the sustainable development of college education.Colleges and universities in our country should pay more attention to the construction of counselor team,fully mobilize the counselor’s enthusiasm to ensure the healthy development of higher education.College counselors shoulder teaching and administrative tasks and are more prone to job burnout compared with other professions.The professional quality and physical and mental condition of the counselor will have a direct impact on the student group.College students are an important force for social development.This paper includes five parts of research content.The first part expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the research content,analyzes the research methods and innovation points.The second part summarizes the related concepts of job burnout of college counselors,defines the related concepts,clarifies the theoretical basis,and analyzes the performance of job burnout.The third part takes the counselors of Harbin Huade University as the research object and analyzes the current situation of job burnout of college counselors.The fourth part analyzes the causes of job burnout of college counselors from three aspects: society,school and individual.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the job burnout of college counselors,through the society,the school and the individual "three prongs,grasp together",to make efforts to alleviate the problem of job burnout of college counselors. |
