Research On Quality Management Of Military College Experimental Teaching

The experimental co urses in military colleges are practical teaching activities under extraordinary particular circumstance which focus on the improvement of comprehensive ability for military students. Faced to the contemporary conditions of the management of experimental teaching in military colleges, this article does a deep investigation on the management pattern of experimental teaching using the basic method and idea of totally quality management, this research aims to improve the practical ability of military students, leads to a reform path of management method, and boots to improve the experimental teaching quality.Based on the clearness of basic concepts, we have analyzed the patterns and problems and listed up the requirements in military college experimental teaching.We have analyzed the classic theory, classic patterns, and basic elements, established the wholly relationship between totally quality management and military college experimental teaching,and proposed the basic resolution idea which leads the totally quality management to military college experimental teaching management.Based on the basic method and idea of totally quality management, we have proposed the basic principles and elements and built the architecture frame models of military college experimental teaching totally quality management.We have analyzed the access pattern, constructed the access index system, and built the model of team variable-weight of military college experimental teaching totally quality management.We have checked the effectiveness and feasibility of military college experimental teaching totally quality management model. Throughout a comparison analysis of a real example, a readily evidence shows that the model and method military college experimental teaching totally quality management would improve the effectiveness notability.
