Research On The Path Of Improving The Public Cultural Service Capability Of Provincial Comprehensive Archives

The public cultural service of archives is the attribute of the cultural institution at the backbone of archival work.It is an important way to fulfill cultural tasks and highlight historical tasks.It is also an important guarantee for extracting and releasing the inherent cultural value of archives.Now it has gradually become an important part of the construction of China’s public cultural service system.Relevant theoretical research and Practice has made some progress.However,with the new requirements of the new era,the public cultural service capacity of archives is still swayed by the positioning of traditional functions,and it is difficult for people to meet the growing needs for public cultural services.Therefore,this article takes the provincial comprehensive archives as the research object,and uses the new public service theory and the dual value theory of archives to carry out the comprehensive Carry out a survey on the current situation of common cultural services,analyze the constraints and influencing reasons of the comprehensive archives in providing public cultural services,and propose optimization strategies in connection with actual cases.The article is divided into seven parts: the first part is an introduction to the article,which primarily presents the research background and significance of the article and organizes and summarizes relevant research on public cultural services in national and foreign(comprehensive)archives.In the second part,the notion of the public cultural service of the comprehensive archives is defined,the composition of its basic elements and the two-way interaction between the cultural value of the archives and the public cultural service of the comprehensive archives are analysed.The third to fifth parts take the Chongqing Archives as an example to investigate the current situation of its public cultural services through on-site research,online surveys,questionnaires and other research methods.Based on the results of the main body of the archives,the archives users and the audience of the archive exhibition,they are comprehensive from three aspects: service subjects,service content and conditions.This paper analyzes the obstacles of Chongqing Archives in providing public cultural services,and summarizes the reasons why the awareness of administrative subjects needs to be changed,the social impact is insufficient,the service content is not matched with the public demand,the service mode is passive,and the digital process is slow.The sixth part analyzes China’s comprehensiveCombined with examples of provincial and municipal archives with strong strength and better development in the central and western regions,and summarize the feasibility experience.The seventh part,based on the analysis of the current situation of public cultural services in provincial comprehensive archives above,puts forward optimization strategies from three aspects: service subjects,service content and service conditions.
