Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grid Governance Of Z Street Community In H District

The Proposal of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that "it is necessary to build a grassroots management service platform with grid management,refined services,information support,and open sharing." The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed that "improve the grassroots management platform with grid governance,refined services,and information support,and improve the urban and rural community governance system.".Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of national governance,and good governance at the grassroots level can lead to good governance of the country.Under the unified deployment of the Party and the country,and through continuous exploration and practice by governments at all levels,the concept of grid governance has gradually become a consensus,and a grid governance system has initially taken shape,with the role of grid governance continuously improving.As one of the streets established relatively late in Yangzhou City,Z Street in H District has bravely tried in the process of community grid governance in recent years,and has achieved initial results.However,there are still many problems such as low governance efficiency and poor operating mechanism.Therefore,carrying out research on this issue has very important practical significance for improving the grid governance ability of H District Z Street communities and building a solid foundation for national governance.Based on seamless government theory,holistic governance theory,and new public management theory,this article adopts literature research,comparative research,and inductive synthesis methods.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature and relevant theoretical analysis,it first analyzes the current situation of grid governance development in Z street communities in H district,pointing out the current low governance efficiency and uneven quality of grid members in the development of grid governance in Z street communities in H district Problems such as inadequate supervision and a single subject of grid governance during the governance process;Secondly,it analyzes the specific reasons for the problems in grid governance of Z street communities in H district;Finally,it proposes to strengthen the organizational guarantee of community grid governance;Improve the training and assessment mechanism for grid personnel;Strengthen community grid supervision;Countermeasures and suggestions for promoting a diversified and coordinated governance pattern between society and residents.It is hoped that this article will promote the improvement of the grid governance level of Z street communities in H District,and provide reference for other similar streets to strengthen community grid governance.
