| Government statistical work is an important component of the cause of the Party and the country.Statistical data is an important foundation for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and an important basis for national macro governance and scientific decision-making.Since 2012,National Bureau of Statistics has vigorously reformed the statistical production method,implementing the "four major projects" of statistics from top to bottom.The data produced through this method has been characterized by accuracy,integrity,and authority through top-down and systematic data collection and processing.However,with the advent of the Internet,cloud computing and other new generation of information technology,big data has become an extremely vital strategic resource.In the field of big data,every participant in social activities such as social organizations,enterprises,and individuals can be a data producer,and Statistical offices at all levels are no longer the only publisher and proprietor of data.The requirements and challenges faced by government statistics are increasing day by day.In this case,government statistical production efficiency The shortcomings in data sharing and data quality are increasingly prominent.How to incorporate big data in the way government statistics are produced and give full play to the prospective value of big data in statistical work is an urgent issue for government statistical departments to address.Currently,the government statistical system implements a unified leadership and hierarchical responsibility statistical management system,and the government statistics in each locality has a high degree of unity and similarity.This article takes G City as the study subject,using relevant theories such as public goods,multi center governance,and government process reengineering,mainly using research approachs such as literature research and observation,to comb the current situation of government statistical production methods in G City in the era of big data,This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the statistical production mode of the G city government,and concludes that there are four main problems in the current statistical production mode of the G city government:low efficiency in statistical production,difficulties in data communication and sharing,the need to improve data quality,and inability to meet public needs.The reasons behind these problems are the need to update government statistical concepts,unreasonable design of statistical systems,and limitations in statistical management systems Immature big data application technology,etc.Based on the experience of optimizing government statistical production methods in Guandu District of Kunming City and Longquanyi District of Chengdu City,it is concluded that long-term strategic planning should be formulated based on local realities,the establishment of a big data platform requires mobilizing all forces,and the transformation of production methods should truly benefit the people.Through the analysis above,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing government statistical production methods with universality:first,change government statistical concepts and establish service-oriented statistical thinking;Secondly,improve the statistical system and mechanism,and improve the top-level design of statistics;Third,build a big data sharing platform to improve government statistical data processing capabilities;Fourth,apply big data throughout the entire statistical production process to promote business process reengineering;Fifth,improve the multi factor guarantee and optimize the government statistical production environment.Through the above research,it is expected to provide meaningful reference for the further optimization of government statistical production methods in G City and other regions,and accelerate the reform of statistical modernization and realize the beautiful vision of smart statistics. |
