Research On The Construction Of Red Reading Culture System In Colleges And Universities

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Strengthening the responsibility of red culture is a new subject entrusted by the new era.Red culture highlights the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Red classics contain advanced socialist cultural ideas.Red reading can encourage contemporary college students to work hard and cultivate qualified and excellent talents for the society.It is found that the current academic research on red reading in Colleges and universities is limited to the current situation,problems and promotion methods of red reading,which is fragmented and unsystematic.The research on the related fields of red reading culture system in Colleges and universities belongs to a new topic.Constructing the red reading culture system in Colleges and universities with the thinking of system theory can examine the red reading culture work in Colleges and universities from the perspective of integrity and openness,and it is easier to find the problems and defects in its construction,so as to obtain more resources and exchange opinions,so as to effectively support the red culture education in Colleges and universities and help achieve the goal of Building Morality and cultivating people in Colleges and universities,Therefore,it is particularly important to build an effective and feasible red reading culture system in Colleges and universities.This study adopts a combination of theoretical research and empirical research.Firstly,it studies the research status and related concepts in the fields of college campus culture,college reading culture,red reading culture and campus culture system at home and abroad,and defines the concept of College red reading culture on this basis.Based on the system theory,cultural stratification theory and the construction principle of index system,combined with the literature research results of university campus culture,University reading culture and red reading culture,this paper summarizes and refines the constituent elements of University Red reading culture system,and preliminarily constructs the University Red reading culture system.Secondly,the Delphi method invited authoritative experts to evaluate the system indicators,adopted the boundary value standard method to screen the indicators,continued to improve the system according to the feasibility opinions put forward by experts,and finally determined the University Red reading culture system covering 4 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators.Then,in order to verify the feasibility of the constructed red reading culture system in Colleges and universities,Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications is selected as a case for empirical analysis to investigate the current situation of the construction of red reading culture system in Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications.The relevant questionnaires are designed and distributed to the students of Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications.The data are sorted and analyzed by Excel,the experience and shortcomings of the construction of red reading culture system of Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications are explored,and the effective suggestions are put forward.Finally,based on the experience and shortcomings of the construction of red reading culture system in Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications,this study puts forward some suggestions on the construction of red reading culture system in Colleges and universities from six aspects:Red reading resources,red reading space,red reading activities,red reading habits,relevant rules and regulations and red reading platform,in order to promote the systematic development of red reading culture construction in Colleges and universities.
