Public information dissemination is a very important work for the ruling party to complete its ruling mission.It contains rich content of ideological and cultural education and the establishment of correct values.It undertakes the practical task of raising the flag,gathering the hearts of the people,cultivating new people,promoting culture,and displaying the image.It is also closely related to the political and economic reform,and the healthy maintenance and development of social ecology.From the perspective of the overall situation of national development,the vital interests of the people and the general trend of development of the times,the party and state leaders have constantly given new connotations,new ideas and new tasks to the public information dissemination work,and have put forward higher requirements for the public information dissemination work in the new era.This paper takes the public information communication work of P Town as the research object.First of all,through the research on the definition of township public information dissemination,the theoretical basis of China’s township public information dissemination,and the significance of township public information dissemination on rural grass-roots governance,we can accurately "portrait" the grassroots township public information dissemination;Secondly,through communication and interview,questionnaire survey and other methods,the author deeply analyzes the general situation and current situation of the public information communication work in P Town,finds the crux of the problem from the aspects of the positioning of work functions,the degree of effective organization,the scientific and effective level of work content,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problem;Finally,the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of clarifying the responsibilities of the Party committee and the government,broadening the communication mode,strengthening the construction of the talent team,strengthening the theoretical literacy of the publicity team,and improving the supervision,assessment and incentive system. |
