Analysis And Management Strategy Of Collaborative Information Dissemination Of Government Microblog

Microblog has become the main platform for enterprises and government departments to disseminate information and interact with the public.It has also formed a relatively mature operation mechanism and plays an important role in public opinion guidance and network management.Although micro-blog administration has set up government micro-blog group to simultaneous interpreting event information in different ways,simultaneous interpreting has not paid much attention to communication strategy,and ultimately leads to effective diffusion of authoritative information,and the pressure of public opinion governance has not been effectively alleviated.Therefore,how to organize the simultaneous interpreting of micro-blog between government affairs more effectively is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Taking government microblog as the research object and collaborative information dissemination as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the following three aspects:（1）crawling and collecting relevant data in the "3.21" explosion accident in Xiangshui,Jiangsu,with the forwarding number,the number of points and the number of comments as the measurement indicators of simultaneous interpreting effect,and constructing multiple linear regression models.Through the model fitting analysis,we explore the factors affecting simultaneous interpreting of micro-blog.（2）This paper constructs the collaborative information dissemination matrix of government microblogs in Jiangsu Province,uses the social network analysis tools UCINET and gephi,and combines with the social role theory to deeply analyze the network density,average distance,degree centrality,small groups and other characteristics in the collaborative information dissemination of government microblogs,so as to explore the characteristics of collaborative information dissemination of government microblogs;（3）Based on the theory of traditional SIR epidemic model,this paper improves the model from the characteristics of collaborative information dissemination of government microblog,constructs the SIR model based on dynamic recovery rate in BA scale-free network,simulates the process of collaborative information dissemination of government microblog through simulation,and analyzes the influence of different parameters on the process of collaborative information dissemination.The results showed that: the number of fans,the quality of fans,the number of synergy and the type of collaboration had a significant positive impact on the simultaneous interpreting effect of micro-blog;the executive level only had a significant positive effect on the forwarding number of the communication effect.However,the density of microblog network is low,and the relationship among members is relatively loose;the role positioning of government microblog overlaps,and the marginalized members are difficult to play a role;the homogenization of small groups in government microblog network limits the scope of information diffusion.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward three aspects and11 specific solutions,which are to enhance the influence of microblog,build collaborative information dissemination network,and improve the information collaboration mechanism,and provides suggestions for government microblog operators and enterprise managers.
