Research On The Subject System Of Legality Review Of Major Administrative Decision

At present,our country is in rapid social economy development period,at the same time social conflicts occur frequently due to major administrative decisions.Therefore,it is significant both in theory and practice to improve the main body system to examine the legality of important administrative decisions.At present,local governments at all levels have promulgated and implemented a series of norms concerning the main body of the legitimacy review of major administrative decisions,but from the perspective of the construction and development pattern of the main body system,There are still a series of problems that need to be improved,such as the lack of setting of major administrative decision-making legitimacy review subjects,the incoordination of different subjects’ review,the unclear content of review rights and the unclear organizational rules and responsibilities.It should be analyzed from the Angle of legislation,system design and practice involved in the main body system of major administrative decision legality review,and put forward that it should be further considered from the level of professional ability of examination to set up relatively unified main body of major administrative decision legality review.Strengthen the coordination of multiple review subjects of different types of major administrative decisions;The content of the review power of the subject reviewing the legality of major administrative decisions should be further clarified;Improve organizational rules and corresponding accountability mechanisms.
