| The implementation of public institution recruitment is an important measure to reform the personnel selection and employment system of public institution,which is of great significance to promote the reform of the national governance system.Xunke County has implemented public institution recruitment since 2009,and has made some achievements,but there are also problems in legal system,mechanism and other aspects.With public institutions as the research object and public institutions in Xunke County as the entry point,this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the current status and existing problems of public institutions in Xunke County through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative study.That is,the laws and regulations are not perfect,the supporting mechanism is not perfect,the recruitment method is not scientific enough and the recruitment procedure is not standard.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: ideological understanding,management mechanism,complexity of public institutions and supervision mechanism.Through problem-oriented and demand-oriented,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the current situation and existing problems of public recruitment in Xunke public institutions,namely,promoting the construction of laws and regulations on public recruitment,perfecting the construction of public recruitment system and mechanism,improving the methods and methods of public recruitment,and standardizing public recruitment procedures.To improve the scientific and standardized level of public recruitment of public institutions is conducive to Xunke County,based on the reality of remote and difficult areas,to create a "benchmark in border areas",constantly improve the attractiveness of talents,reserve a team of talents with excellent structure,high quality and strong skills,and provide talent security and intellectual support for the high-quality development of Xunke County. |
