| In the personnel management of public welfare institutions,open recruitment is an important part of it,an important sign of promoting the reform of institutions,and a main channel to attract and supplement talents.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Facing the new era,new tasks and new challenges,it is urgent for the government to change its functions,give full play to the non-material production of public institutions and undertake the functions of public service.It is the key for the government to transform its functions to bring talents into public welfare institutions scientifically and effectively and to strengthen the talents in the field of public service.Scientific and reasonable allocation of human resources of public welfare institutions,public recruitment of public welfare institutions,talent recruitment and intelligence introduction work,is to better implement the requirements of deepening the reform of the party and state institutions.This paper takes the public recruitment of public welfare institutions in Fushun City as the research object,through case study,literature study,comparative study and other methods,in-depth analysis and study of some problems in the current public recruitment work,and learn from the relevant research results at home and abroad and recruitment model of civil servants,comprehensively explore the public recruitment process of public welfare institutions in Fushun City In order to find out the root cause of the existing problems,the deep influencing factors are highlighted.This paper analyzes the current situation of the open recruitment work since the public welfare institutions in Fushun City implemented the open recruitment work,and mainly puts forward a more scientific open recruitment examination method and content for the selection link.Based on the preliminary results,existing problems,causes of problems and solutions,this paper concludes that open recruitment should be based on the main responsibilities of recruitment units,post categories,personnel needs and other factors,determine recruitment conditions and investigation factors of different posts,form recruitment examination methods and questions focusing on practical work applications,and improve the standardization and science of examinations ,improve the credibility of the government,give full play to the function of public welfare institutions,so that the function and efficiency of social public service can be satisfied with the development needs of Xi Jinping’s socialism thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.According to the actual job categories,the innovation of examination methods should be made,and a set of unique system suitable for open recruitment of public welfare institutions should be formed. |
