| In 2016,the National Internet Information Administration published the “Rules for the Management of Real-Time Internet Services”,which marked that relevant departments began to conduct administrative supervision and management of online live broadcast platforms.In the following years,relevant government departments issued a series of administrative law regulation documents in the field of internet live broadcast.However,our country’s administrative supervision of internet live broadcast platforms is still in the early stage at present.There are still many overlapping management powers,the administrative law standard system is not perfect,lack of innovation in regulatory technology and other issues.How to solve these problems to ensure the standardized development of real-time platforms on the internet within the framework of administrative regulation is now a major issue in the administrative law community.On the basis of the existing regulatory framework,the regulations of the administrative law on internet live broadcasting platforms should be further defined,the regulatory subject of the administrative law on internet live broadcasting platforms should be perfected.The administrative law standard system in the field of internet live broadcasting should be perfected,the relevant legislative system should be innovated and the high-tech means should be implanted in the law enforcement process.So as to enhance the standardization and effectiveness of the regulatory work of internet live broadcasting. |
