| With the in-depth development of the Internet era,network broadcast platforms have also ushered in a period of rise and outbreak.Especially since 2016,China’s network broadcast platforms have provided users with various we-media experiences such as entertainment,online games and so on by virtue of their entertainment,interactivity and immediacy.Meanwhile,the culture and economy brought by network broadcast have become an important part of social development and the overall economy.Online live broadcasting platforms have enriched users’ lives and presented more innovations,but at the same time,many violations of laws and disciplines have also occurred.For a long time,illegal and disciplinary phenomena such as pornography and violence,vulgar content and invasion of privacy have emerged in an endless stream,which is difficult to contain,endangering people’s interests,impacting social security and posing a severe challenge to the government’s regulatory responsibilities.So.The research on the supervision of government online entertainment live broadcast can help the government find out the fundamental problems,which is of great significance to enhance the effectiveness of supervision and promote the healthy development of online entertainment live broadcast.Based on the theory of new public management and the theory of supervision by public opinion,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the government’s supervision of online entertainment live broadcast,including the measures taken by government departments and the results achieved in supervision.After the analysis of network entertainment live government regulation of the main problems in,including regulatory body functions and powers is not clear,the legal coverage is not comprehensive,administrative law enforcement supervision mechanism and single regulation technology lag behind,the causes of these problems is the number of administrative departments rates low regulation and law regulation,regulatory mechanism of loopholes,regulation technology is difficult to break through.Based on the analysis summary of the problems and reasons,on the international advanced network supervision experience of live entertainment,including the improvement of the south Korean network real-name system,strengthen the supervision of legislation in Japan,Germany,intensify punishment,American innovation intercept technology,combined with the characteristics of the government in China,and finally suggests some policies to strengthen the supervision of the government network entertainment live,First,the supervision responsibilities of administrative subjects should be clarified,and comprehensive supervision departments should be set up to guide the cooperative supervision of industry subjects.Second,improve the legal system of online live broadcasting,improve the supervision laws and regulations,and formulate targeted laws and regulations;Third,strengthen the effect of administrative supervision law enforcement,enhance supervision publicity to form a public governance of supervision,increase supervision law enforcement efforts to strengthen the effect of implementation;Fourth,strive to break through the technical problems of network live broadcasting supervision,enhance the professional level of talents,enhance the technical level of supervision,and introduce third-party technical institutions to assist in supervision;Fifth,guide social supervision,create social supervision atmosphere,guide users to rational consumption,form a good,stable,sustainable development of web celebrity economy.Based on network live entertainment as the research subject,and the current research topic related research are mostly live webcast,live online entertainment phenomenon for special study,network live entertainment as a popular in the industry,for the healthy and stable development of the industry,contribute to social harmony and stability,at the same time the government’s regulation of the present situation and the trend of future development is the great significance of the industry,how to improve the overall regulatory efficiency and ensure the healthy and orderly development of online entertainment live will become a hot topic. |
