At this stage,due to the continuous development of information technology,the development of the telecommunications industry and the Internet industry has been further driven.However,the development of the industry will have certain drawbacks.Property safety and life safety.Committed to solving this problem,all provinces,cities and units across the country have continuously improved their technical prevention capabilities for telecommunication network fraud,and Internet companies are no exception.However,in the construction of the enterprise Internet anti-fraud system,there is often a phenomenon that the project scope cannot be properly controlled,mainly in the following aspects:the first aspect is that the project does not have a clear boundary,and the second aspect is the project requirements.With great changes,the third aspect is the arbitrary expansion of system functions,which hinders the implementation of the project.The research object of the thesis is the construction project of A company’s Internet anti-fraud system,through the theory of project management,to guide the practice of project management.In the analysis,the thesis mainly draws on the methods of literature review,case analysis,discussion and research,prototype method,etc.,and draws out the deficiencies in the project management.The analysis of these deficiencies shows that the requirements of stakeholders are more complex,which leads to the phenomenon that the project analysis is not specific.When dealing with the work breakdown structure of the project,the handling method is unreasonable,and there is a lack of control when the corresponding scope is changed.Find the reasons through the above analysis and optimize the management project.With the help of the project stakeholder matrix analysis method,the strength of the needs of different levels in the company is clarified,the research activities are organized hierarchically,and the prototype method is used to help the research,so that the research work is more accurate and reliable.Study the results of stakeholder analysis,classify and identify the collected requirements,and constantly revise the work breakdown structure.In response to the scope control problem,a change control committee is established to control the project,and the change control procedures are clarified.When the scope is determined,the staged acceptance review method is used.The thesis has some innovations in the following aspects:First,starting from the Scrum development model,optimizing and rectifying the service scope of the project.The second is to use the "battle map" to control the progress and scope of the project,communicate and communicate with the relevant parties of the project within the specified time,and check the progress of the project to ensure that the management of the project scope is more scientific.The research of this thesis focuses on solving the above problems,and the research results provide a reference for the scope management of other Internet anti-fraud system projects.
