| Project scope management is an important part of project management.The main content of project scope management is to define the project boundary,monitor the implementation of the project and prevent the unnecessary spread of the project scope.In the project of government information,the phenomenon of project scope change caused by demand change is very common.It is important to pay attention to improve the project scope management to prevent the spread of project scope,avoid the delay of construction period and cost overrun.In this thesis,D city government data sharing platform project as the research background,in the first phase of the project is about to be accepted and the second phase of the upgrade project is about to start,the project management knowledge system and software requirements engineering as the theoretical basis,explore through scientific management means,appropriate tools to improve the D city government data sharing platform upgrade project scope management.Considering that demand is the basis of project scope management,firstly,this thesis focuses on the demand research,demand definition and other aspects before the project scope planning,and establishes the demand satisfaction model to make the demand priority arrangement more scientific.Then,in the process of project scope planning and monitoring,this thesis defines,decomposes and tracks the project scope to confirm the project boundary.Combined with the characteristics of informatization project,it uses tools and methods such as work structure decomposition and requirement tracking matrix to optimize the process of phase II project scope management.Finally,by optimizing the organizational structure of the project team,improve the management system to ensure the application effect of project scope management in the actual project.This thesis focuses on how to improve the multi-user government information project demand management,aiming at the problems in the first phase project,such as the lack of project demand management,the lack of project scope planning and monitoring,and the lack of project scope management ideas and tools,to optimize the second phase project scope management,and also provide and reference for the company to undertake similar projects. |
