| In November 2018,President Xi Jinping awarded the flag to the newly formed National Fire and Rescue Service, marking the official establishment of the National Comprehensive Fire and Rescue Service. As the mainstay of emergency rescue, the duties of comprehensive fire and rescue personnel have expanded a lot compared to the past when they were mainly tasked with putting out fires.Faced with complex and diverse, dangerous tasks, good physical fitness is a fundamental guarantee for the completion of all rescue tasks.Only by laying a good foundation of physical fitness can we better complete our training tasks and content. Therefore, for the physical fitness needs of grassroots fire rescue personnel and the usual training arrangements for training, the development of a scientific and reasonable physical fitness training programme is an urgent problem to be solved at present. In this study,30 firefighters from Tianjin were selected as the subjects of the experiment using the methods of literature, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics. The experimental group used the optimized physical training method and means, while the control group used the original training method and means, and the physical training was carried out for 10 weeks for both groups, and the experimental data were recorded throughout. The test data of the two groups before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed through SPSS19.0 statistical software,so as to explore the influence of different training methods and means on the physical training indexes of firefighters. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The data analysed by the experimental test indexes showed no significant difference in the experimental group(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the remaining 8 applied physical fitness subjects(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had a significant training effect.(2)Through the analysis of the data obtained by the experimental test indicators, the control group had no significant difference in the 5000 m weight-bearing running subjects(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the remaining 8 applied physical fitness subjects(P<0.05),indicating that the control group trained The effect is obvious.(3)In the analysis of the differences in the indicators between the two groups after the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the three physical fitness subjects of 5000 m weight-bearing running,60 m shoulder ladder, and 10 th floor weight-bearing(P>0.05),and there were no significant differences in the remaining 6physical fitness subjects. There was a significant difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the physical training program in the experimental group improved the performance of these six subjects better than the traditional training program.(4)The newly designed physical fitness training programme was better than the traditional training programme in improving the assessment scores of the nine applied physical fitness subjects of the grassroots fire fighters. |
