| Purpose: As an armed force that combats and eliminates terrorists, and effectively handles various large-scale mass incidents and riots, the Armed Police Counter-Terrorism Force plays an important role in maintaining national security, maintaining social order, and protecting people’s lives. How can it be effective? Improving the combat capabilities of anti-terrorism fighters has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The purpose of this research is to clarify the physical requirements of fighters when performing combat missions through experimental research, formulate targeted training plans, and continuously control the training process to promote the improvement and perfection of the physical training system of the armed police counter-terrorism force, and enhance the counter-terrorism All combat physical qualities required by soldiers to perform combat tasks to improve the overall combat effectiveness of our army.Method: This article takes the combat physical training of an armed police anti-terrorist unit as the research object, and takes 120 soldiers of an armed police anti-terrorist unit as the experimental objects for 12 weeks of combat physical training.According to the physical fitness assessment results of the soldiers before the experiment, combined with the cyclical changes of the body’s adaptation, the training process is divided into three phases: the combat physical fitness reserve phase(3 weeks),the improvement and consolidation phase(5 weeks),and the special transformation phase(4weeks).Develop a phased combat physical training plan, and monitor the training methods, methods, load, fatigue and recovery used during the training process. After the experiment is over, use Excel to record the test results of the anti-terrorist fighters before and after the experiment, and use SPSS 23.0 to perform a paired sample T test on the test results of each item before and after the experiment.Result:(1)After 12 weeks of training, the basic physical fitness test results of anti-terrorism soldiers showed a very significant improvement(P < 0.01).The results showed that the number of pull-up increased by 3.36,the number of sit ups increased by 13.45,the performance of 3000 m running increased by 19.32 s,the performance of 30 m × 2 snake running increased by 0.85 s,and the body mass index was 21.01 ± 0.90,which decreased by 0.35.(2)After 12 weeks of training, the practical skills test scores of anti-terrorism soldiers showed a very significant improvement(P < 0.01).The test results of 400 m obstacle and 18 m rope were improved by 4.45 s and3S respectively, the grenade throwing distance was improved by 3.6m,and the fighting skill was improved from 79.55 ± 6.74 to 83.40 ± 5.40.(3)After 12 weeks of training, the anti-terrorism soldiers’ post ability index test results showed a very significant improvement(P < 0.01).The result of 5km armed cross-country test is 93.8s higher than that before the experiment.(4)After 12 weeks of training, the comprehensive application index test results of anti-terrorism soldiers showed a very significant improvement(P <0.01).The results of 100 m obstacle test with gun increased by 1.44 s from35.29 ± 2.58 s before the experiment and 33.85 ± 2.34 s after the experiment.(5)During the 12 week training and monitoring of anti-terrorism soldiers, the instant heart rate of the third week and the morning pulse of the next day were significantly improved.Compared with the second week, the instant heart rate increased by 25 times / min to 169 times / min,and the morning pulse of the next day reached 67.11 times / min.In conclusion:(1)The combat physical fitness of the fighters can be improved through the demand analysis of the combat physical fitness required by the counter-terrorist fighters to complete various combat actions in the execution of counter-terrorism tasks, and the combat fitness of the fighters can be improved by combining the combat performance status of the fighters to develop a training plan for actual combat services.(2)Based on the accurate diagnosis of the fighter’s body, according to the periodic training theory in the field of competitive sports, the training process is divided into 3 stages according to the fighter’s body biological rhythm change and the combat physical state formation and development. In each stage of the training process, the feedback information of the fighter’s physical training is obtained through recording, measurement, etc.,and timely control of the training process can greatly improve the fighter’s physical level.(3)Through the investigation of a certain anti-terrorist unit of the armed police,it can be seen that the factors affecting the monitoring of the sports training process are developed from three aspects: the preparation process of the training, the implementation process and the evaluation process. |
