| It can be seen from the data of the seventh national population census that the aggravation of China’s aging population has brought relatively large pension pressure to the society.To this end,the Party and the country made a strategic deployment.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized: "actively respond to the aging of the population,build a policy system and social environment for the elderly,filial piety,and respect for the elderly,promote the combination of medical care and elderly care,and accelerate the development of the aging cause and industry".The explicit instructions of the Party and the state have provided important policy guarantees for the sustainable development of the elderly care industry,cleared the obstacles for the future development of the elderly care industry in China,and provided strategic opportunities for various enterprises in China to participate in the construction of the elderly care system.With the help of literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper focuses on the competitive strategy of Poly Hexihui elderly care projects,according to the research and analysis thinking of "posing problems、 analyzing problems、 solving problems",and focuses on the analysis of the competitive status and external environment of Poly Hexihui elderly care projects.Combining PEST analysis method and Porter’s Five Forces Model,it is proposed that Poly Hexihui elderly care projects should give priority to the differentiated competitive strategy.By issuing questionnaires to the staff of Poly Hexihui Pension Project,according to the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is concluded that the project currently has some practical problems,such as insufficient differentiation of project planning,more limitations of customer development,serious homogeneity of service content,and different experience in different places,which need to be optimized from the aspects of strengthening strategic planning,clarifying customer positioning,creating characteristic services,and promoting collaboration in different places,Under the guidance and promotion of good competition strategy,we will help the realization of the competition strategy objectives and the improvement of the operation performance of Poly Hexihui Pension Project. |
