Research On The Supervision Of Yantai Government Network Security

In recent years,with the rapid development,Internet has not only brought us great convenience,but also caused some chaos.For example,malicious attacks on the government,deliberate hype and release of false information,online pornography,gambling and drugs,online fraud.Cyber security supervision is one of the important ways to maintain the order of cyberspace and promote sound development of the network.In recent years,our country has continuously improved the network security related law,consummates the top level design,has obtained the certain result.According to their respective responsibilities,various regulatory departments have carried out a lot of work to effectively maintain the order of cyberspace.However,there are still many problems in the grass-roots government network security supervision.For example,Each supervisory department has more division of responsibility and less coordination,which affects the overall supervisory level to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to design the optimization scheme of network security supervision in Yantai and explore the joint supervision of network security.Using a variety of methods,such as literature review and interview,on the basis of literature study of network security supervision literature,this paper combs the achievements of network construction and network security supervision in Yantai.After that,the paper summarizes the existing problems and causes of the network security supervision of the Yantai.According to the development trend of government network security supervision and the actual situation of Yantai,the paper designs the network security supervision optimization scheme of Yantai government.The work plan proposed in the paper includes four aspects:organizational structure,big data information platform,operation mechanism,and operation process.Meanwhile,the paper provides safeguard measures for the network security supervision work of the Yantai from three aspects: accelerating organization construction,accelerating technology R&D and application,and training network security talents.It is more suitable for the actual situation of the network security supervision of the Yantai municipal government.The scheme not only applies to network security regulation in Yantai,but also has certain universality.The construction plan has certain reference significance to the network security supervision work of other local governments.
