Research On Network Security Supervision Of Public Security Organs In Xiong’an New Area From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

With the rapid development of the Internet,network security problems are getting more and more serious.International cyberspace games are intensifying,cyberwarfare is increasing,organized cyberattacks are frequent,network rumors are spreading,and cybercrime patterns are being revamped.Network security issues have seriously affected social stability and public security.As the main functional department of network security supervision,the network security departments of public security organs have the duty to strengthen network security protection and supervision.The network security departments of the public security organs in Xiongan New Area have actively performed their duties and taken the initiative.They have done a lot of effective work in safeguarding network security,punishing illegal and criminal acts,and clearing the environment for network development.However,a lot of work experience accumulated in the actual supervision work also exposes many problems,such as imperfect laws and regulations,shortage of supervision professionals,backward supervision technology,complex network environment,and imperfect supervision mechanism system.This article uses literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods,based on the theory of public management,combined with the author’s work experience in the network security branch of the Public Security Bureau of Qinhuangdao city and the domestic security branch(network security duties)of the Public Security Bureau of Xiongan New District of He Bei Province,and draws on the highlight practices of foreign countries,in view of the many networks encountered in the work of public security organs in Xiongan New District.On the issue of supervision,this paper puts forward suggestions to optimize the dilemma of network security supervision of public security organs in Xiongan New Zone from five aspects: building a complete legal system,improving the working system,improving the quality of the contingent,supporting technological innovation and carrying out extensive propaganda.It also suggests that the governance theory be fully applied,strengthening the subjective initiative of each governing body,and planning ahead to adopt a joint local university and enterprise group.To build a technical support alliance,strengthen the advanced research and supervision and deployment of new network technologies,promote the network development and supervision to go hand in hand,and provide useful reference for the network security supervision of local and municipal public security organs throughout the country.
