Evaluation On Sustainable Utilization Of Agricultural Resources In Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia

The development of agriculture depends on agricultural resources.The sustainable utilization of agricultural resources is related to the sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,whether agricultural resources,as a key element of agricultural development,can be effectively and continuously utilized is a problem worthy of attention and exploration.Accurately grasping the utilization of agricultural resources is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of agriculture.This thesis selects Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia as the research area,draws lessons from the exploration results of relevant research at home and abroad,constructs the evaluation index system for the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City from three aspects: agricultural ecological resources sustainability,agricultural social resources sustainability and agricultural economic resources sustainability,and systematically evaluates the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City by using entropy weight TOPSIS method and grey correlation analysis method.Finally,combined with the obstacle factor model,the local agricultural development level and the actual situation,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to strengthen the supervision and management of the utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City and promote the sustainable utilization and development of local agricultural resources.The results show that: first,the calculation results of entropy weight TOPSIS combined with entropy weight method show that the sustainable utilization level of agricultural ecological resources in Chifeng City presents a development trend of "decrease increase decrease increase" from 2005 to2020,and the situation is gradually getting better;The sustainable utilization level of agricultural social resources in Chifeng City shows a fluctuating upward trend;The sustainable utilization level of agricultural economic resources in Chifeng City has increased year by year,and the overall situation is good.Generally speaking,the sustainable utilization level of agricultural resources in Chifeng City from 2005 to 2010 was general;The sustainable utilization of agricultural resources from 2011 to 2017 was at a medium level;From 2018 to 2020,the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City is good.Second,the grey correlation analysis method is used to study the influencing factors affecting the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City.The results show that agricultural social resources have the greatest impact on the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City,and agricultural economic resources and agricultural ecological resources also affect the sustainable utilization of overall agricultural resources in different degrees.Thirdly,the obstacle degree is diagnosed through the calculation of obstacle factor model.It is considered that there are still some problems affecting the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Chifeng City,such as agricultural pollution,water pollution,low utilization rate of water resources,large agricultural water consumption,low level of agricultural mechanization,reduction of agricultural employees,etc.Finally,according to the research results of this thesis and the development status of Chifeng City,from the rational use of financial means;Strengthen management and punishment;Cultivate professional farmers and improve their cognitive quality;Actively developing social organizations and strengthening the support of talents put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable utilization level of agricultural resources in Chifeng City.
