Research On Coordinated Development Management Of Tax Revenue And Economic Growth In Hangjinqi

Tax revenue is an important source of regional fiscal revenue growth and improvement of economic operation quality.Tax revenue and economic and social development present a situation of interaction and mutual influence.In the process of regional economic growth,only by continuously increasing the economic growth rate can we maintain the balance of tax policies in various fields,adjust the regional tax rate system,and realize the balanced growth of tax revenue and regional economy.Hangjin Banner is a banner in the west of Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It is an ethnic place dominated by Mongolian and supplemented by Han.Tax revenue is an important source of local government financial resources.Sufficient local government financial resources can ensure the smooth realization of local government functions and promote the steady growth of local national economy.Therefore,we will take hangjin Banner tax revenue and economic growth coordinated development management as the main research topic.This study firstly reviews domestic and foreign literature to understand scholars’ research views and ideas on local fiscal revenue,taxation and management mode,and discusses concepts related to tax revenue,economic growth and management.Then,it analyzes the tax revenue and economic status quo of Hangjin Banner,constructs the empirical analysis model,and carries on the empirical analysis through multiple linear regression model.It is found that the tax revenue of Hangjin Banner is positively correlated with economic growth to some extent.Economic growth will promote the increase of tax revenue,and the increase of tax revenue will also drive economic growth.Based on the current situation analysis and empirical analysis results,this thesis discusses the existing problems of Hangjin Banner in detail,and understands that Hangjin Banner has obvious deficiencies in government functions,tax management,tax burden level,industrial structure and other aspects.In order to improve the situation,the government should change its functions,adjust and implement tax policies and measures,so as to reduce the level of tax burden,the government should optimize the industrial structure,promote economic transformation,stimulate residents’ consumption and improve the idea of tax management,so as to improve the tax situation of Hangjin Banner and promote the sustainable development of county economy.
