Research On The Communist Youth League’s Participation In Social Governance In The New Era

From 1922 to 2022,the Communist Youth League has experienced 100 years of history.Over the past hundred years,the Communist Youth League has always adhered to the leadership of the party,constantly devoted itself to national rejuvenation,and took root in the majority of youth groups.After entering the new era,our party judged the hour and sized up the situation,continued to optimize on the basis of "social management",and creatively put forward the important theory of "social management".Our party emphasizes the concept of "common governance" and integrates the unprecedented "common governance" into the social management framework.It can be seen that the modernization of social management needs diversified management subjects,and group organizations,on behalf of the Communist Youth League,are also important forces participating in social management.The author combed the relevant concepts of social management,analyzed the examples of collective organizations such as the Communist Youth League and non-governmental organizations participating in social management,discussed the necessity and feasibility of Communist Youth League organizations participating in social management,and further discussed the subject positioning,function positioning and our basic ways of Communist Youth League organizations participating in social management.Secondly,it expounds the specific practice of C city’s Communist Youth League as the main body and participating in social management,analyzes the existing problems and the root causes of the problems,and compares the specific practices of other domestic Communist Youth League organizations,other Communist Youth League organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations participating in social management.By using for reference,the optimization ways and suggestions of improving the participation of the Communist Youth League in social management in C City,grasping the main tasks,clarifying the functional positioning,innovating and improving methods,and strengthening the construction of the cadre team have been recognized and promoted,and the research value of this paper has been realized.
