| Presently,our country population aging situation quite is stern,cares for the aged the situation to be unoptimistic,it is reflected in the large-scale aging population,the accelerated aging speed,and accompanied by the aging before getting rich,the deterioration of family pension ability,and the aggravation of social pension pressure and support burden.Especially with the drawbacks of the traditional family form of old-age care gradually appearing,it is particularly urgent to explore a new way of old-age care that is suitable for the development of our population and society.As a new type of old-age care model,mutual assistance model can alleviate the pressure of social old-age care,displays senior citizen’s human resources fully,improves senior citizen’s quality of life and the happy heart,and is a useful supplement to the current social old-age care model.Time Bank,as a new model of mutual support for the aged,will cross-exchange the aged resources across time and space,which will help to develop the human resources of young people,improve the social aged care service system and diversify the mutual support for the aged service model.This paper mainly studies the application of time bank in the community mutual support service model for the aged,studies and analyzes the operation status of time bank in Nansha,Guangzhou,selects people aged 60 and above in TS and HG community in Nansha district as research objects.According to the essential characteristics of social norms,social networks and social trust in the social capital theory,using descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and T-test,analyze the influence of different dimensions of social capital on their participation in the mutual care service of time bank.Inquired into how then improves this community cooperation through the promotion social capital condition to care for the aged the service pattern validity.The promotion time bank cooperation cares for the aged the service pattern to continue the healthy development,to provide theoretical support and policy suggestions for improving the reform and system construction of China’s pension system. |
