Research On Playbour From The Perspective Of Marx’s Labor Theory

With the development of new technologies such as information communication technology,artificial intelligence,the economic paradigm has a profound change,and traditional labour organizations and production methods have been overthrown.User generation content has become a new profit growth point of capitalism,and the relationship between labour and leisure changes.Playbour is encouraged as a new labour.Playbour has new characteristics: unpaid,free and pleasant,but object-oriented products are occupied by digital capital and become its source of surplus value,also called “prosumer”.This type of labour not only challenges the relationship between traditional leisure and labour,but also challenges Marx’s labour theory of value.Based on Marx ’s labour theory,this paper argues around “how can play be labour” to reveal that playbour contains two coupling paths: “labourization of leisure” and “leisurization of labour”.The former path embodies expansion of capital logic to the leisure,the latter path provides possibilities to transcend the capital logic and realize the people’s free and all-round development.The practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics provide a basic institutional condition for playbour to overcome capital exploitation,and thereby ensure the positive effect of playbour.This paper is a research on Playbour based on Marx’s labour theory.It reveals Marx’s labour-leisure relationship in the development of digital age,which is conducive to the deep logic of leisure and labour under capital expansion,and further understand the essence of Marx’s labour theory and contemporary value.It is conducive to seeing dialectically the development logic of digital capital,and understanding the institutional advantage of Socialism with Chinese characteristics to promote leisurization of labour(realize truly free labour),and thereby better utilizing and transcending capital logic to develop economy,and better maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of citizen data,promoting people’s development needs.
