Research On The Value Of Ideological And Political Education Of Labor Education In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new thoughts,ideas and viewpoints,and developed and improved the party’s educational policy in the light of the new historical orientation and the new changes in social contradictions in the new era.Based on the strategic height of realizing the Chinese Dream,the 2018 National Education Conference,for the first time in history,included Labor education in the quality requirements of personnel training,this paper puts forward the idea of “Training socialist architects and inheritors for the all-round advance of ethical,witted,corporal,aesthetic and labor education”,further consummates the human’s comprehensive development essential factor connotation,has manifested the Labor education time value.In the new era,the focus of the development of labor education has gradually shifted from the “Social” function orientation of labor education to the meaning of “Human”.This article includes four chapters,comparatively and systematically discusses the ideological and political education value of labor education in the new era.In the first chapter,the relevant theories of labor education in the new era are thoroughly sorted out and explained,including the definition of the concepts,as well as the theoretical expression and evolution of Labor Education in the party’s educational policy in different periods,It concludes that the development of Labor education in the new era has changed from the cognition of“Labor force” to the experience of“Labor”,from the perfection of educational form to the organic unity of educational content and form,and the value orientation has changed from instrumental rationality to value rationality,from repetitive Labor to creative labor as the core,and sort out the basic content of labor education in the new era.The second chapter deeply excavates the inner coupling of the Labor Education and the ideological and political education in the new era,taking the ideological and political education in the new era as the main clue,“What to be trained”,“How to train” and “For whom to train”,it is proposed that education should be combined with productive labor and social practice to cultivate the new generation with all-round development based on the concept of hard work,the soul of honest work and the ability of creative work,to serve the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Third Chapter examines the cognitive deviation of the value of labor education in the new era and its causes,in reality,it is manifested in the value division between “Labor”and “Labor mind”,the value choice between “All-round education” and “One-sided education skill”,and the contradiction between “Labor” and “Education”.The causes point to the entrapment of the examination-oriented education system,the invasion of consumerism,the over-inflated technical rationality,and the long-term absence of labor education teachers and curriculum system.The Fourth Chapter focuses on the realization of the value of ideological and Political Education of Labor education in the new era,the four dimensions are adhering to the value background of the Marxist view of labor education,continuing the value connotation of the excellent Chinese traditional Labor ethics,practicing the value goal of labor education to train New People in the era,and demonstrating the value pursuit of the Chinese dream by Labor in the new era,based on the reality of China in the new era,this paper probes into the road of value realization in an all-round way.Entering a new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly referred to the great value of “Labor” and “Labor education”.The new era is the closest era to the realization of the Chinese Dream goals,the new men of the era are the pioneers,strivers and shoulders who are committed to the task of national rejuvenation.The new men of the era are created by the new men of the era.They should bring about a new era with new knowledge,new ideas and new capabilities,and create a new life.To excavate and realize the value of ideological and political education in the new era of labor education,to inspire China with the Chinese spirit,to strive to achieve the Chinese Dream,it is deeply rooted in China,carries forward the blood of Chinese culture,follows the path with Chinese characteristics,constantly cultivates,mines and Reserves Talents,and unswervingly takes the road of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.
