| Grassroots democracy construction is one of the important contents of the construction of democratic politics in our country.The degree of political participation of peasants is the key to the development of grassroots democracy in our country.The degree of political participation of female peasants is one of the signs of measuring grassroots democracy in our country.The implementation of the villagers ’autonomy system has provided a broader platform for the political participation of peasants,and has promoted the political participation of female peasants in our country to a certain extent.However,due to various factors,the overall situation of female peasants’ political participation is not optimistic.How to improve the level of political participation of female farmers,so that rural men and women go hand in hand to build a new socialist countryside,promote grassroots democracy in our country.Based on the theory of governance,the theory of democratic participation and the theory of social sex,especially on the understanding of the villagers ’autonomy system construction and the female peasants’ political participation,this paper,through the questionnaire survey and the interview method in Beianfeng Township,analyzes the general situation of women’s political participation and the problems in the democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision and makes a conclusion that the influence of the villagers ’autonomy system is not perfect,the macro system level is restricted,the female peasants’ own rights consciousness is weak,the lack of political participation ability and the social external environment and so on.The degree of female political participation is not high,in the confirmation of the right to vote and exercise,decision-making management in the role of the main role of participation and participation in efficacy and other aspects of the problem.Therefore,on the basis of the reason analysis,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the political participation of female peasants under the system of villager autonomy,and emphasizes that only the governments at all levels,women’s federations,women’s organizations and the majority of female peasants work together In order to continue to restore the female farmers’ subjective consciousness,to mobilize their enthusiasm for political participation,so as to promote the further development of grassroots democracy in our country. |
