"Conflict,Imbalance,and Synergy": A Study On The Symbiosis And Development Of Stakeholders In Rural Tourism Communities

As a product of the combination of the primary industry and the tertiary industry,rural tourism relies on rural geographical areas and provides people with a unique ecological and cultural experience based on rural natural and human resources.The development of rural tourism plays an important role and value in improving farmers’ economic level,optimizing rural industrial structure,and promoting rural revitalization.However,in the process of rural tourism development,problems such as unfair distribution of interests,low level of farmers’ participation,and vicious competition among participants have also appeared,resulting in conflicting interests and conflicts and hindering the sustainable development of rural tourism.Therefore,balancing and coordinating multi-party relationships,promoting synergistic symbiosis,and developing win-win results have long-term and profound significance for promoting rural tourism.Taking L community in Ningxia as a case study,this paper analyzes the interest roles,interest demands and interaction between core interest subjects such as residents,enterprises,village committees and government in L community,and specifically explains the overall situation and mechanism of tourism development in L community.Use of conflict theory,synergy governance theory,through the field observation,semi-structured interview method and so on in-depth analysis to understand the L community interests conflicts among different interest subjects,from dynamic diachronic perspective in different field practice to explore the conflict relationship between stakeholders,and the cause of the imbalance between different subjects,Therefore,it is difficult for each subject to effectively achieve their own interests and goals.Finally,it analyzes the deep causes of conflicts of interests and draws the following conclusions: First,optimize and improve the mechanism of interest distribution.We should establish a feedback platform for interest expression,improve the guarantee mechanism for interest distribution,and improve the monitoring mechanism for interest sharing,so as to fundamentally balance and coordinate the interests of all parties,so as to alleviate or even eliminate conflicts of interest.Secondly,build the rural community governance system,form and improve the diversified and collaborative governance model,improve the L community management system,promote the formation of a close community of interests,and escort the coordinated and symbiotic development of all parties from the institutional system.Finally,the community participation ability of residents should be improved,and residents should be empowered and empowered from economic,political,cultural and social aspects to improve their status and ability to participate in tourism development,thus laying a solid foundation for reducing conflicts of interests and realizing the symbiotic development of all stakeholders.
