Interventional Research On Group Work On Lifeadaptation Of Early Elderly People

At present,the aging of China’s population is accelerating,the aging population is increasing,and many issues related to the elderly have been widely concerned by the society.The society is accelerating into the aging stage,how to improve the care for the elderly,how to fight against "aging",so that more people will enter the "elderly" group to reduce the burden,has become the social governance,mass services,policy promotion starting point and entry point.In order to solve the different degree of aging in different regions,this study focuses on the problem of "Early Elderly People",carries out the practice and writes the article.At present,the research object in this region check-in time is shorter,age,occupation and double change of living environment change,on the cognitive and behavioral pattern to produce larger contrast,and in the aspects such as health,behavior,mental emotional,show the loss,loneliness and guilt and a series of negative emotions,And to some extent increase the mental and physical burden,indirectly affecting the overall atmosphere of the family and society.In this paper,according to the author’s daily work in contact with the characteristics of the "first elderly crowd",using the professional knowledge and skills of social work,explore the "Early Elderly People" to adapt to life.By questionnaire and structured interview,founded that the "Early Elderly People" in life to adapt to the new environment does not adapt,feel lonely,low participation community affairs,and concrete problems,analyzed the main reasons as that,the beginning of the "Early Elderly People" personal perception is not high,accepting new things passive attitude and participation in the community public welfare affairs of steam.Therefore,the needs of them are mainly manifested in three aspects: cognitive improvement,environmental integration and identity identity.Based on the social support network perspective,group dynamics theory as the theoretical basis,team knowledge and methods to carry out the practice in work,in order to alleviate the problems existing in the "Early Elderly People",and after the intervention on intervention work in the service and benefit,team members and professional technology,further development of the deficiencies and improvement direction.At the same time,in order to further promote the "Early Elderly People" lifeadaptation,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to enhance cognitive ability,strengthen community support,and improve social old-age security.
