Research On Government Supervision Of Drug Network Sales In Fuzhou City

With the rapid development of the Internet in the world,the business model of many pharmaceutical companies has changed from traditional offline business to online sales.By using the efficiency and convenience of the Internet to expand the business scale and commercial territory,the number of pharmaceutical online sales companies has increased dramatically in recent years.As a quasi-public good,drugs are very different from ordinary goods.As a special commodity,there are many problems in online sales,which greatly increase the potential harm of online sales of drugs.The life-saving property of drugs determines that once they are used by criminals,they will inevitably bring great risks to people’s life safety and health.Therefore,strengthening the government supervision of drug online sales has become an urgent problem to be solved at present,which must be highly valued by the public and government departments.Based on the theory of holistic governance and government supervision,this paper systematically constructed the theoretical framework of government supervision of drug online sales by taking Fuzhou drug online sales as the research issue.Through extensive reading of relevant domestic and foreign literature,questionnaire survey,case analysis,field interviews with relevant regulatory personnel and other research methods,This paper analyzes the current situation of government supervision of online drug sales in Fuzhou and the problems in the supervision process.The results show that the government supervision of online drug sales in Fuzhou has some problems,such as lack of supervision basis,formalistic supervision,difficulty in coordination with other relevant departments,low frequency of supervision and inspection and weak investigation and punishment,traditional and single supervision mode,etc.Based on this,further explore the deep-rooted causes of these supervision problems.The main reasons are summarized as follows: the legal system is not perfect and the level is low,the supervision force is insufficient,the supervision organization is not reasonable,the lack of effective joint supervision mechanism,and the supervision technology and equipment is backward.On this basis,from the further perfecting the system of laws and regulations,establishing Fuzhou network information sharing mechanism promoting multi-sectoral joint supervision,actively adopt new technology to improve the way of supervision,strengthen supervision of professional talent team construction,and strengthen the consciousness of social work of propaganda and education,put forward feasible and corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,to improve the network of Fuzhou pharmaceutical sales,government supervision Promote the healthy development of Fuzhou drug online sales market to provide decisionmaking reference.
