| As an important part of my country’s judicial administration,the prison police is essentially a tool of class rule,with the characteristics of nationality,armedness and security.The prison police are responsible for the execution of sentences and the education and transformation of prisoners in accordance with the law.They have built a solid defense barrier to protect and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization in my country,and they have built a socialist legal society in China and realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Play an important role in the journey.Under the new situation,with the continuous advancement of the goal and task of building a socialist society under the rule of law,the continuous deepening of the reform of the national judicial system and the continuous enhancement of citizens’ awareness of safeguarding rights,whether it is the superior leadership of the prison or the prisoners receiving education reforms,All have put forward higher and newer requirements for the work of prison police,and at the same time issued more challenges.This makes the frontline prison police who are at the forefront of the education and reform of inmates obviously feel the pressure of work has increased,and they are in an easy situation.Under the combined effect of the closed working environment that produces job burnout and multiple reasons such as higher job risks,poor wages,narrow promotion channels,and unrecognized social status,it seems inevitable that prison police will produce job burnout.This article takes the police in the Aba Prison in Sichuan Province as the research object.By consulting,collecting,sorting,and studying relevant literature and materials on police and prison police occupational burnout at home and abroad,and combing the contents of the literature materials in a general way,it is commonly used in the research on occupational burnout.Guided by theoretical knowledge such as resource conservation theory,attribution theory,matching and mismatch theory,questionnaire surveys and interviews are used to investigate the job burnout status of the research subjects,and empirical analysis is used to analyze different demographic variables and differences.The job burnout status of socially supported research subjects was analyzed and found that they have relatively high academic qualifications,are 25 to 35 years old,have worked for 11 to20 years,have direct contact with prisoners,often work overtime,and their spouse’s work place is not a unit The local married male "bilingual" prison police are a high-incidence group of job burnout.At the same time,it was also found that the research subjects with high social support showed less status in the three manifestations of job burnout than the research subjects with low social support.After showing the situation,using the results of empirical analysis and random sampling according to gender ratio,ten research subjects were selected for interviews,and the relevant reasons for the research subjects’ job burnout were explored from the three aspects of work,social support,and individuals.Work,social support,and individuals explore some countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of the research subjects. |
