| With the continuous reform of our administrative institutions,the management service objects of United Front Cadres are increasing at a double speed,and the internal system and mechanism are constantly improved.The important magic weapon role of United Front work is constantly emerging.The existing research shows that the phenomenon of job burnout exists in civil servants.As a member of civil servants,united Front cadres serve mainly representatives outside the Party,which is also easy to cause job burnout.Based on Y district and county United Front Work Department and Maslash’s three-dimension theory of job burnout,this paper makes an empirical study on the status and countermeasures of job burnout of grass-roots United Front cadres by means of interviewing individual cadres,distributing designed questionnaires to cadres,and using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis of data collected from questionnaires.First of all,this paper understands the status and the main sources of job burnout of grass-roots United Front cadres through individual interviews,reads and refers to a large number documents and complies a questionnaire,conducts a questionnaire survey in Y district and county United Front Work Department with 238 points collected in total.The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by SPSS analysis software with descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,pearson correlation coefficient analysis and regression analysis.The survey found that the burnout level of United Front cadres in Y city was at a medium level(mean 3.13),and there was no significant difference in the overall level of burnout of grass-roots United Front cadres of different genders.However,on the whole,the burnout level of female United Front cadres was slightly higher than that of male cadres.There was no significant difference in the overall level of job burnout of grass-roots United Front cadres with different marital status.There are significant differences in the overall level of job burnout among grass-roots United Front cadres of different age groups,political status,working years,educational level,post rank,post type and income level.According to the results of regression analysis,the impact on civil servants’ job burnout in the United Front system can be divided into four levels: individual level,organization level,society level and family level.Therefore,the author puts forward the intervention measurement of job burnout of united Front cadres from these four aspects.At the personal level,adjusting career expectations conflicts with the role of united Front cadres.At the family level,strengthen communication and establish good rear support.At the organizational level,work characteristic model is introduced and relevant mechanism is improved.At the social level,the united Front cadres should be paid more attention to. |
