In recent years,with China’s economic transformation and upgrading,the policy system has been continuous improved,and the economic system has been constantly sound,small and micro enterprises have ushered in significant development,and their role in the national economy is increasing with each passing day.Small and micro enterprises are affected by many factors in their development and have encountered a series of problems,among which,financing difficulties are common problems faced by micro and small enterprises.Therefore,the government has formulated financial policies to support the development of small and micro enterprises,and the introduction of these policies has facilitated and played a positive role in promoting the development of small and micro enterprises.However,in the implementation of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises,there are still many problems that urgently need to be studied and solved,so that more small and micro enterprises can enjoy the policy conveniently.Based on the questionnaire survey on the current situation of financing of small and micro enterprises and the implementation of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises in Qingdao,the implementation of the financial support policies is analyzed according to the results of the questionnaire,and the problems are found,including: The policy publicity is not in place,the approval process is not smooth,the financing channels are few,the service efficiency is not high,and the policy and financial utilization rate is low.By analyzing the causes of the problems,it is found that the reasons include low policy awareness,imperfect policy implementation process,service system to be improved,and lack of an evaluation mechanism for the use of funds.In order to improve the implementation efficiency of financial support policies,after learning advanced experience in typical areas,based on this,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises in Qingdao.Strengthen policy publicity through online and offline channels.Set up a special leading group and strengthen the information exchange between the government and financial institutions to optimize the policy implementation process,improve the innovative service capabilities of financial institutions and establish flexible and diverse financing channels to improve the financial service system,improve the efficiency of special funds use and strengthen the use of financing funds for micro-enterprises.It is hoped that the above countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for optimizing the implementation of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises,improve the financing environment and promote the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises.
